How do I buy a Fine Art Print at Doka?

Ordering a Fine Art print at Doka is very simple. When you find a print that you like, select the format you like to order.

Next, go to the shopping cart to complete your order purchase. Confirm your order, then fill in your details and select how you would like to pay. Click on pay and you will be directed to a secure page where you may complete your payment.

Once your payment is complete you will be redirected to the Doka website. Here your purchase will be confirmed.

What kind of payment options are available?

What happens after my order is confirmed?

When your order is confirmed we start working hard to deliver your order. The Fine Art prints of your choice are produced with the greatest care and expertise, and when your order is ready it is sent to you directly and you will receive it within 2 weeks.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

No, delivery of your Fine Art Prints is free of charge.

How are Doka Fine Art Prints shipped?

International orders are delivered with Fedex. Shipping within the Netherlands are delivered with Fedex or DPD. They ensure that your order is delivered with the utmost care.

The order will be insured and you will receive a track and trace code. We do our best to deliver our Fine Art Prints in the perfect state. If you receive an order that is damaged, send us an email with a picture of the damaged product along with your order number, to info@doka.photography. We will send you a brand new Fine Art print free of charge

How are Doka Fine Art Prints Packaged?

Our Fine Art Print are packaged with the greatest care and checked by professionals. With our prints you will also receive a set of gloves, so you may take the prints out of the packaging and hang them up, avoiding any damages, small scratches or fingerprints on your beautiful new Fine Art prints.

Is my delivery insured?

Yes, all of our deliveries are insured.

Which countries does Doka ship to?

Doka delivers standard to the European Economic Area (EEA) countries. In countries outside of this area we deliver on request. Would you like to order from a country outside of the EER territory? Send us an email to info@doka.photography with your requested prints and your address details. We will inform you of the possiblities as soon as possible.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

If you order is delivered within the EER territory countries you do not need to pay custom fees. If you live outside of the EER territory we can deliver on request and in some cases you may have to pay import tax. We will always inform you of the total cost when we respond to your request.

Do you live in a country that is not part of the EER territory? Email your order request to info@doka.photography and we will inform you as to what the import costs would be

All our orders are available for pickup at our location in the oude Melkfabriek in Arkel, the Netherlands.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

If you have received a damaged product send us a photo of the packaging and the print along with the order number to info@doka.photography. We will send you a new Fine Art print as soon as possible.

What is a Limited Edition?

All Doka Fine Art prints are released in a limited edition series including a number of Artist Proofs. Therefore a predetermined, limited number of reproductions of each image are made, which guarantees the exclusivity of each and every Fine Art print that you receive.

Doka and our photographers ensure that reproductions are never made more than the number as stated in a  limited edition series. Each print sold is numbered and registered and you will receive a certificate of authenticity signed by both the photographer and the master printer.

In addition, each certificate contains a unique serial number and provided with a Doka seal. Behind each of the prints you will find a sticker that corresponds to the certificate. In this way, the authenticity of each Doka Fine Art print is ensured.

What is the amount of the limited editions?

Each image offered by Doka is released in a limited edition. The amount of the edition is described in the product details.

Does Doka deliver frames?

All Doka Fine Art prints are delivered without frames. Choosing a frame largely depends on your personal taste and interior design.
