Rush

Everyone is on the go and rushing from place to place. They have little time to stop and conciously think about what they are doing.

We are running, with our bodies and minds to tick off the next item on our agenda, to fulfill our next obligation and to take our next step up the social ladder.

But where exactly are we going? And where is our final destination? Will we ever stop running?

Federico Borghesi

Federico Borghesi is an Italian cinematographer residing in London. On his way to work he was distracted by a businessman rushing by. The man was dashing to his next appointment and moved like a robot, while at the same time had a lost look in his eyes. The picture stayed with Federico and he was inspired to use the image in his cinematographic project named “Rush”.
